As True embarks on future environmental and social initiatives, it will increasingly use SROI and other analytical methodologies to ensure that its investments are generating real, quantifiable benefits to society.

True Group recognizes the importance of the health and well-being of our customers. All of our products, including handsets and broadband devices, have undergone through quality and safety certification in accordance with applicable international standards.

True has set a target that by 2020, 10% of its new products will be health & well-being-focused. Currently True offers the iHealth line of products, such as digital blood pressure monitor, blood sugar level monitor, digital scale, that can help keep track of their health parameters.
CYBER WELLNESS
& ONLINE SAFETY
The ease of connecting with one another via digital media also brings risks of abuse or inappropriate content. Children and youth, in particular, can benefit from guidance on how to use the internet safely. True Group is actively campaigning against cyber-bullying, raising awareness on cyber-crime, and helps schools address issues such as inappropriate sexual online content.

In addition, True Group encourages its customer to practice safe-surfing, such as not using devices while walking or driving and recognizing the value of face-to-face interactions with family and friends.
