What is H-Life Service?
It is a new service by True for TrueMove H postpaid and prepaid customers with mobile data packages on 3G/EDGE/GPRS, packages for AirCard, SmartPhone, or Tablet (price plan mainly use internet) to check out promotions, check remaining internet usage, SMS, MMS, and voice usage, additional internet package, and check out True Life contents as well as any special offers.

How to use the service:
- Customers with 3G/EDGE/GPRS can access the service without having to Login at http://truemove-h.com/mylife. For those not using 3G/EDGE/GPRS need to get an OTP pass code to access the service.
- The details on existing promotion and/or package, remaining usage, Internet topping packages, messages from TrueMove H and TrueLife content will be shown.
- Can immediately buy an Internet topping package by selecting the preferred package and confirming the purchase.
- After purchased the package, the customer can check the details of the package at “Check balance and order status”.
Customers who have reached data limit can still access to all services excluding paid content. For iPad customers, the H-Life service is available only on TrueMove H 3G/EDGE/GPRS network.
